Todays activity is to play a fun game using a dice. If you
don’t have a dice at home don’t worry! Just click on the following link to make
your own paper dice at home:-
How to play:
• Play with a
partner, take turns to roll a dice.
• Look at the number
you have rolled and then complete the correct jumping exercises:
Roll a 1 = Perform 20 Jumping Jacks
Roll a 2 = Perform 15 Sit- ups
Roll a 3 = Hope on one foot
Roll a 4 = Perform Push-ups
Roll a 5 = Touch your toes and hold for 15 seconds
Roll a 6 = Run in place for 30 seconds
