Time to go find an empty jar!

I love this idea and I would love to share it with you.

You will need red or orange coloured tissue paper, pva glue and some black paper or other materials in your home that you can get your hands on.

If you don’t have black paper you could use plain paper and colour it in black. Tip: Use some spare paper from your school pack.

1.      Cut your black paper into a number of house shaped silhouettes. You might want to cut out squares for the windows.

2.      Glue this inside the bottom half of the jar.

3.      Tear your tissue paper in small chunks.

4.      Glue them inside the top edge of the jar all the way around.

5.      Once your jar is dry you can place a battery operated tea light in the middle.

Sit back and watch the scene of the Great fire of London in a jar!
