I would like you to design your very own horse and carriage or horse and cart. 

A carriage was used to carry people whereas a cart was used to carry heavy goods. 

It is completely up to you what type of carriage or cart you would like to design. 

Think about what material would be good for your carriage or cart.  

Is wood a good material for a cart? Why? 

Could you make your carriage out of gold? Or would you use metal? 

What material would you use for the wheels?  

You can label your design with the materials you will use once you have drawn it out.
