Today’s challenge is to complete the cardio workout as shown
in the video. It’s a fun challenge for you and your family to do together. Find
safe space so you can spread out and follow the actions as shown by Yo-yo and
the children in the video. Allow your child to rest in between each workout for
10-30 seconds as needed. Just pause the video until they are ready to move on
to the next action. The challenge is to complete the workout following the
timing as shown in the video. Let’s do this!
