Todays activity is to play a fun game using a dice. If you don’t have a dice at home don’t worry! Just click on the following link to make your own paper dice at home:-
How to play:-
Roll a dice to see how many body parts you will practice
balancing on.
1- Balance
on 1 body part
2- Balance
on 2 body parts
3- Balance
on 3 body parts
4- Balance
on 4 body parts
5- Balance
on 5 body parts
6- Balance
on 6 body parts
Roll the dice again to see how many seconds you will hold it
for (ex. Roll a 5, hold it for 5 seconds). Body parts include hands, elbows,
knees, feet, back, bottom, forearms, etc. To be safe please DO NOT balance on
your head!
Get your families involved as well to make it more fun.
