School closure

Good Evening, 

You will probably have seen the Prime Minister's address this evening, which announced further restrictions across the country, aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19 - a further national lock down. With immediate effect, all schools have been instructed to offer online / offsite learning until February half term. 

With this in mind it is our regret to inform you that Hovingham Primary will be shut to all pupils tomorrow. We do appologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we understand this will put you and your family under a lot of strain. Class teachers will be in touch with your families tomorrow.
